Job summary

FrankCrum Staffing is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead healthcare facilities projects in Southwest Florida. You will oversee scheduling, budgeting, and delivery while coordinating subs, vendors, and stakeholders from preconstruction through completion.

The role requires managing occupied sites and adhering to codes, safety, and regulatory requirements, with strong proficiency in construction management software.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience managing healthcare construction projects (hospitals, clinics, etc.).
• Proven ability to manage schedule, budget, and delivery across multiple projects.
• Experience overseeing subs, vendors, and stakeholders through lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, permitting, codes, safety, and compliance.
• Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam or similar.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial construction project management experience
• Experience managing healthcare construction projects, including hospitals, medical offices, surgery centers, or similar healthcare facilities
• Proven success managing multiple projects simultaneously with responsibility for schedule, budget, and project delivery
• Experience overseeing subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders throughout the construction lifecycle
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, permitting, building codes, safety requirements, and regulatory compliance
• Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, or comparable construction management software
• Ability to review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience

• Background managing projects from preconstruction through closeout
