Job summary

Miami Neuroscience Institute at Baptist Health South Florida seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead complex hospital and outpatient facility renovation and new construction projects. You will oversee all life-cycle phases from planning to close-out, ensuring safety, cost control, quality, and client satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, scheduling and budgeting skills, extensive healthcare project experience, and proficiency with MS Project/Primavera and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management or 10 years related work experience.
• Minimum 6 years of healthcare project management, commercial construction or facilities planning experience.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Strong planning, project management and leadership abilities with excellent communication.
• Experience with project scope, budgets, and schedules; familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera.

Responsibilities

• Plans, designs, and executes multiple construction and renovation projects to meet program requirements and budgets.
• Coordinates with stakeholders and provides ongoing project communications and status updates.
• Develops move/equipment plans and leads implementation.
• Manages procurement, participates in RFP negotiations, and ensures compliance with codes and approvals.
• Documents project information accurately and maintains current records.
• Assesses risks and implements mitigation plans to avoid delays and cost overruns.
• Monitors progress and delivers training and process improvements.
