Job summary

Pscfl seeks a Professional Project Manager to plan and manage complex hospital facility renovations, new construction, and space reallocation. You will oversee the full project life cycle from planning through close-out, coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring compliance with policies, codes, and regulations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 4–7 years of healthcare project management or commercial construction experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management or related field is required.
• 4-7 years of healthcare project management, commercial construction or facilities planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Plans, designs and executes multiple construction and renovation projects to meet program requirements.
• Coordinates projects with stakeholders and communicates status and impact.
• Develops move/equipment management plans and leads implementation.
• Manages procurement and participates in contract negotiations.
• Ensures compliance with AHCA, ADA, NFPA, OSHA and local codes.
• Identifies risks and applies mitigation strategies to avoid delays and overruns.
