CORE Construction seeks an experienced Healthcare Project Manager to lead healthcare construction projects across Tucson/Southern Arizona and, when needed, the broader Mountain West. The role focuses on financial, technical, operational, and client-service success across multiple concurrent projects, typically ranging from $500,000 to $50 million.

Projects include renovations, tenant improvements, additions, expansions, and new construction within hospitals and other occupied healthcare

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of commercial construction project-management experience, incl. 3 years in healthcare
• Experience managing construction in occupied healthcare facilities
• Experience with multiple concurrent small- to mid-sized projects (renovations, additions, new builds)
• Strong knowledge of healthcare MEP, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, change management, and turnover
• CMAR and/or Design-Build delivery methods preferred
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, client-service, and communication skills
• Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, Bluebeam, Procore; travel ability across AZ/Mountain West

Mansioni

• Lead healthcare projects from preconstruction through closeout, turnover, and owner training
• Own project budgets, cost forecasts, schedules, procurement, and financial reporting
• Review plans for constructability, scope, risk, and sequencing
• Develop detailed schedules aligning trade activities, milestones, inspections, and turnover
• Negotiate and manage subcontracts, procurements, RFIs, submittals, and closeout
• Coordinate with Superintendent to align safety, quality, and owner expectations
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and specialty systems
• Plan Preconstruction Risk Assessments and infection-control barriers in occupied settings
• Lead client communications and provide regular project status updates
• Mentor Assistant PMs, Project Engineers, and other team members
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (FGI, CMS, NFPA, etc.) and licensing requirements
