CORE is seeking a Sr. Preconstruction Manager to lead the preconstruction phase of complex healthcare projects in Tucson/Southern Arizona.

You will oversee cost estimation accuracy, trade partner coordination, and a smooth transition from preconstruction to construction, while ensuring healthcare construction standards and ICRA compliance. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years preconstruction experience.
• Healthcare construction experience is required.
• Healthcare Construction Certification is required.
• ICRA certification and/or experience.
• Experience supporting inpatient healthcare projects.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam, Building Connected, Construct Connect.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead preconstruction efforts, overseeing communication, deliverables, options, and estimates.
• Identify project challenges and develop mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with Senior Preconstruction Manager and Assistant Preconstruction Managers.
• Oversee bid processes, trade coordination, and project timelines.
• Manage all scopes and directly oversee high-risk scopes.
• Review QTOs and breakdowns prepared by APMs.
• Conduct preconstruction workshops and training.
