The role combines directing a team of PMs, managing budgets and procurement, and coordinating with senior leadership to deliver on a long-term facility master plan and operational goals.

Qualifications

• Requires 5 years in Management or leadership role.
• 10 years' experience with Project management or equivalent role
• 5 years in Healthcare industry engagement as an employee, consultant, or similar
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in Architecture, interior design, engineering, construction management or a similarly pertinent field of study.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, scheduling, procurement, and documentation for complex construction projects across hospital campuses.
• Lead a team of Construction Project Managers and Coordinators; coordinate with senior leadership on master facility plans.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare facility codes, safety protocols, and operational norms throughout projects.
• Manage budgets, vendor contracts, RFPs, GMPs, change orders, and capital spend in alignment with AHN standards.
• Coordinate with hospital facility management to integrate new construction with existing infrastructure.
