Job summary

Capital Health is seeking a Project Manager - Construction to manage and implement assigned construction and renovation projects from planning through project closeout, ensuring work is completed on schedule, within budget and in accordance with organizational, regulatory and safety requirements.

This role oversees all phases of project development, including pre-construction planning, estimating, budgeting, contract administration, construction coordination and occupancy logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; PMP preferred.
• Two years of construction/renovation project experience with a degree; six years without a degree.
• Strong understanding of construction lifecycle and budgeting.
• Experience with bidding, procurement and vendor contracts.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate properties and identify construction risks and limitations.
• Develop scopes, budgets and baseline schedules for projects.
• Coordinate multi-phase construction and relocation logistics.
• Prepare estimates, cost analyses and bid packages with Finance and Legal.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, document control and subcontractor logs.
• Ensure safety, regulatory and healthcare compliance on site.
• Manage vendor invoices and closeout reports.
