Job summary

Structor Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead commercial and healthcare construction initiatives in a dynamic, occupied environment. You will drive planning, execution, and closeout for complex projects, leveraging strong leadership to manage teams, budgets, schedules, and client relationships.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and collaboration with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to deliver project outcomes that meet scope, time, and budget requirements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• 3+ years of healthcare construction experience preferred.
• Experience leading and mentoring project staff.
• Strong knowledge of project financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability.
• Ability to manage multiple projects or project teams simultaneously.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and contracts.
• Experience with Procore is strongly preferred.
• Experience with Timberline Project Management and Timberline/Destini Estimating preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple project management teams across commercial and healthcare projects.
• Hire, train, mentor, and develop project staff.
• Review project performance and provide coaching and development opportunities.
• Maintain financial responsibility including revenue, profitability, forecasting, and scheduling.
• Prepare and review project forecasts, budgets, and change management.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Oversee project planning from preconstruction through closeout.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and infection control requirements.
• Build relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Support business development by strengthening client relationships.
