Austin Commercial is seeking a Senior Healthcare Project Manager for our Austin, Texas Division. You will lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination of large healthcare construction projects with a staff of employee-owners.

The role requires deep knowledge of value engineering, cost input, and tight collaboration with Owners, Architects, and Subcontractors. We value safety, service, and integrity, and offer ownership-through-ESOP in a historically stable firm.

Qualifikationen

• BS in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Industry Outreach Training (may obtain within first year)
• Proficient in project manager software
• Proficient with cost projection, scheduling, financial analysis, budget reviews and labor reports
• Ability to build and manage multiple high performing teams
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship)

Aufgaben

• Oversees a major construction project by planning, scheduling and coordinating all phases of the project.
• Organizes and manages a large project staff with multiple owner-employee teams.
• Provides input on plans, budgets and subcontractor bids during preconstruction.
• Manages startup activities, site logistics, and delivery coordination to minimize disruption.
• Reviews subcontractor bids, ensures bonds/insurance, and resolves contract issues.
• Ensures compliance with contract terms and quality standards; documents issues for reference.
• Prepares monthly pay applications and cost reports; tracks variances and labor costs.
• Develops and maintains a master construction schedule; updates CPM based on changes and performance.
• Distributes changes for pricing, negotiates scope, and secures owner approvals in writing.
