Job summary

Realty Trust Group in the healthcare real estate sector seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple client engagements, including due diligence, facility assessments, feasibility studies, and capital project management for inpatient and outpatient facilities.

You will oversee project teams, develop budgets and schedules, and present Board-level updates. Occasional travel up to 50% is required; you will engage with executive clients and contribute to business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Building Construction, Business or related field or comparable demonstrated ability and experience.
• Minimum 7 years of project management experience in healthcare/construction.
• Experience with PM software: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, PlanGrid, PMWeb or similar.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project delivery strategies.
• Provide project management services and oversight.
• Develop and monitor project budgets and schedules.
• Manage issue resolution and risk mitigation.
