Realty Trust Group (RTG) is seeking a Senior Project Manager for healthcare construction projects (in Asheville and surrounding markets). The role demands leadership across multiple client engagements, with strong emphasis on project delivery, due diligence, and feasibility planning.

50% overnight travel is required and there is a focus on profitability of service lines. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, at least 7 years of PM experience, and proficiency with MS

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of project management experience (including construction or design).
• Experience with PMI PMP requirements and healthcare/construction environments.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, PlanGrid or PMWeb.

Responsabilités

• Provide project leadership for multiple client engagements including Due Diligence Evaluations, Facility Condition Assessments, Project Feasibility and Planning Initiatives, and Capital Project Management.
• Develop and implement project delivery strategies.
• Oversee project managers and support staff; attend client executive meetings.
• Assist in business development and develop professional networks.
• Manage issue resolution and recovery strategies for project delays or
• Develop and maintain a professional network.
• Procure a project delivery team and negotiate team agreements.
