Realty Trust Group, a national leader in healthcare real estate, seeks a Healthcare Construction Project Manager to lead multiple client engagements including due diligence, facility condition assessments, feasibility studies, and capital project management for inpatient and outpatient facilities.

You will oversee schedules and budgets, read building plans, coordinate procurement, develop contracts, and report to executives while traveling up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of project management experience in health care real estate/construction.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Building Construction, Business or related field.
• PMI certification(s) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide project leadership for multiple client engagements.
• Develop and manage project schedules and budgets.
• Read and interpret building plans.
• Oversee procurement, contracts, and day-to-day management.
• Prepare monthly executive reporting and attend client meetings.
• Oversee junior project managers and participate in business development.
