Job summary

Realty Trust Group (RTG) seeks a Project Manager to lead multiple client engagements including due diligence, facility condition assessments, feasibility studies, and capital projects for healthcare facilities.

The role reports to the Senior Project Manager and requires 3–7 years of PM experience in healthcare real estate/construction, with strong planning, budgeting, and client-facing skills. Overnight travel up to 50% may be involved.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of project management experience (construction/design, healthcare real estate)
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Construction/Business or related field
• PMI credentials (PMP/CPM) preferred
• Experience with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Project/PlanGrid/PMWeb or similar

Responsibilities

• Provide project leadership for due diligence, facility condition assessments, feasibility and capital project management.
• Read and interpret building plans.
• Develop the project schedule and budget.
• Coordinate transitions and relocations.
• Lead procurement and contract development.
• Prepare monthly executive reporting.
• Attend client executive meetings.
• Oversee Assistant Project Managers.
• Participate in business development.
