Job summary

Realty Trust Group (RTG) seeks a Healthcare Construction Project Manager to lead multiple engagements from due diligence to capital project management for inpatient and outpatient facilities. Reports to Senior PM; oversight of budgets, schedules, procurement, and contracts will be core duties.

Ideal candidates bring 3–7 years in healthcare real estate/construction, a related Bachelor's, and PMP/LEED or equivalent credentials; travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of project management experience (construction/design).
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Building Construction, Business or related field.
• PMI PMP CPM AIA LEED PE CMC preferred.
• Experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, PlanGrid or PMWeb.

Responsibilities

• Have intermediate knowledge of building systems.
• Read and interpret building plans.
• Provide project oversight.
• Facilitate resolution of issues.
• Develop the project schedule.
• Develop the project budget.
• Coordinate transitions and relocations.
• Lead the project team procurement process.
• Develop and negotiate contracts.
• Lead day-to-day project management efforts.
• Prepare monthly executive reporting.
• Attend client executive level meetings.
• Oversee Assistant Project Managers.
• Participate in business development as required.
