Realty Trust Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple client engagements in healthcare real estate, including due diligence, facility assessments, feasibility planning, and capital project management.

You will oversee project budgets, schedules, risk management, and team coordination while delivering client board-level presentations and supporting business development. A minimum 7 years PM experience in healthcare/construction is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in healthcare/construction related field and PMI PMP requirements.
• Minimum of 7 years of project management experience in healthcare real estate/construction.
• Experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, PlanGrid or PMWeb.

Responsabilités

• Provide project leadership for due diligence evaluations and facility assessments.
• Develop budgets, schedules, and delivery strategies for healthcare facilities.
• Oversee project management services and client presentations.
