Job summary

CORE Construction seeks an experienced Healthcare Project Manager to lead healthcare construction projects across Tucson and Southern Arizona, with occasional Mountain West work. You'll manage multiple projects from preconstruction through turnover, focusing on safety, quality, schedule, and budget.

You will coordinate with hospital partners, clinical leaders, and design teams, ensure compliance with healthcare standards, mentor junior staff, and drive client satisfaction on complex occupied

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of commercial construction PM experience, incl. 3+ years healthcare projects
Experience managing occupied healthcare facilities
Strong leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities

Lead multiple healthcare projects from preconstruction through turnover.
Manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and financial reporting.
Review plans for constructability and risk.
Develop detailed schedules with milestones and critical paths.
Coordinate with trade partners, safety, and owner expectations.
Collaborate with Infection Prevention, Facilities/Engineering, and clinical leadership.
Mentor Assistant PMs and project engineers.
