Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect healthcare operators, management companies, and real estate investors.
• Build referral relationships with brokers, attorneys, consultants, and industry professionals.
• Manage a calling program to generate qualified pipeline opportunities.
• Develop new client relationships and expand cross-sell opportunities.
• Serve as primary contact for banking needs including loans and treasury services.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Credit, and Operations to deliver solutions.
• Structure and negotiate term loans, lines of credit, bridge loans and CRE deals.
• Monitor covenant compliance, renewals and early risk signs.
• Stay current on healthcare industry trends and regulatory changes.
• Represent bank at events and provide market insights.
