Qualifications

• Five+ years in commercial banking or middle-market lending; healthcare clients preferred.
• Strong understanding of credit structures and risk management (CRE, C&I, enterprise value lending).
• Proven ability to originate and grow client relationships in a consultative sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect healthcare operators, management companies, and real estate investors.
• Build referral relationships with brokers, attorneys, consultants, and industry professionals.
• Manage calling program to generate qualified pipeline opportunities.
• Develop new client relationships across credit and non-credit solutions.
• Serve as primary contact for loan requests, treasury services, and strategic advice.
• Conduct regular client reviews to understand evolving needs and cross-sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Credit, and Operations to deliver comprehensive solutions and proactive service.
• Structure and negotiate term loans, lines of credit, bridge loans, and owner-occupied/investor real estate deals.
• Monitor portfolio for covenant compliance, renewals, and early risk signs.
