Job summary

WesBanco, Inc. seeks a Senior Commercial Healthcare Relationship Manager in Columbus, OH. You will source and manage healthcare banking relationships, delivering credit, deposit, and treasury solutions tailored to complex regulatory needs.

You will build referral networks, coordinate with Treasury and Credit teams, and negotiate term loans and lines of credit for healthcare operators and facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years in commercial banking or middle market lending; 3+ years with healthcare clients preferred.
• Familiarity with post-acute, behavioral health or related healthcare subsectors.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop healthcare operator relationships and real estate investors.
• Build referral networks with brokers, attorneys and industry professionals.
• Manage a calling program to generate qualified pipeline opportunities.
• Develop new client relationships and expand existing ones across credit and non-credit solutions.
• Serve as primary client contact for loans, treasury services and strategic advice.
• Collaborate with underwriting and risk teams to present credit packages.
