Job summary

WesBanco, Inc. in Columbus, OH seeks a Senior Commercial Healthcare Relationship Manager to source, structure, and manage banking relationships with healthcare operators, facilities, medical groups and hospitals.

As a strategic advisor, you deliver credit, deposit, and treasury solutions, build referral networks, lead client reviews, and collaborate with treasury, credit, and operations to meet complex regulatory needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Minimum five years in commercial banking or middle market lending.
• 3+ years with healthcare clients preferred.
• Familiarity with post-acute, behavioral health, or other healthcare subsectors.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect healthcare operators, management companies, and investors.
• Build referral relationships with brokers, attorneys, consultants, and industry professionals.
• Manage a calling program to generate pipeline opportunities.
• Develop new client relationships across credit and non-credit solutions.
• Serve as primary contact for loan requests, treasury services, and strategic advice.
• Conduct client reviews to uncover evolving needs and cross-sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Credit and Operations to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Structure and negotiate term loans, lines of credit, bridge loans, and real estate deals.
• Understand underwriting elements like going concern value and regulatory matters.
• Partner with underwriting and credit risk teams to present credit packages.
• Monitor portfolio for covenant compliance, renewals, and signs of risk.
• Stay current on healthcare trends and regulatory changes; represent bank at events.
• Provide market and client insights to shape healthcare strategy.
