Corewell Health is seeking an experienced Architect to manage and coordinate architectural planning for healthcare and workplace environments, including development of conceptual designs, programming, and code analysis. You will lead design teams through construction documents and owner’s coordination.

Responsibilities include directing consultants, producing CAD/Revit drawings, and collaborating with project teams to ensure quality, schedule, and budget adherence in Michigan facilities such as

Qualifications

• Master's Degree or equivalent Architecture training and experience.
• 5 years of relevant architectural design experience.
• Experience in health care environment; Michigan licensure required.

Responsabilités

• Assess space-related issues and propose design alternatives and phasing.
• Direct and review professional design consultant services and bid documents.
• Produce design drawings to construction documents using CAD and Revit.
• Prepare alternate design schemes and project phasing.
• Act as architectural consultant for renovations and additions across departments.
• Coordinate with clients, project managers and contractors to ensure design quality and compliance.
