Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's Degree or equivalent Architecture, Design, or equivalent years of education, training, and experience.
• 5 years of relevant experience architectural design or related field
• Experience in health care environment
• LIC-Architect - STATE_MI State of Michigan
• LIC-Driver's License - STATE_MI State of Michigan

Responsibilities

• Assess space-related issues and needs; develop alternatives for review and approval, and communicate proposals to Admin and PM staff.
• Direct professional design consultant services including review of plans, designs, estimates, and budgets; lead team to final conceptual design.
• Produce design drawings from conceptual to construction documents; develop CAD and Revit documents for space programs and specifications.
• Create as-built drawings and field-measurements to evaluate proposed design and construction.
• Act as architectural consultant to departments for planning, design, and renovations; assess feasibility of projects.
• Coordinate with clients, design staff, PMs, contractors, and service departments to ensure alignment and manage owner’s representative construction administration.
