Job summary

Corewell Health Place in Grand Rapids seeks an accomplished Interior Design Lead to steer all interior design efforts across departments, drive renovation planning, and set system-wide standards for furniture and finishes. You will supervise design staff and outside consultants, coordinate with contractors, and produce construction documents in CAD and Revit to support major hospital projects.

Strong collaboration with vendors and leadership to align with branding and strategic priorities,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or equivalent.
• NCIDQ certification (CRT) required.
• 10 years of relevant interior design experience.
• Preferred: healthcare environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead interior design initiatives and coordinate across departments.
• Develop system-wide standards for furniture and finishes.
• Provide construction documents and manage consultant deliverables.
