Job summary

Stantec in San Francisco seeks an Architect to guide design teams through design and construction, coordinating with PMs and design leaders. You will shape projects from pre-design to close-out, focusing on healthcare scopes and coordinating with consultants and Owners.

You will develop space programs, evaluate systems, and ensure design intent while aligning with cost and schedule. CA licensure and LEED familiarity are preferred, with extensive BIM usage throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Licensed Architect in California.
• LEED Green Associate or LEED AP preferred.
• Healthcare (OSHPD/HCAI) experience is desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple teams on medium to large projects through design development.
• Inspire creativity and design excellence in internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop building designs from functional and aesthetic perspectives with client requirements.
• Create designs using sketches, models, diagrams, massing studies and BIM models.
