Stantec is seeking an experienced Architect to join our Healthcare practice in Southern California. You will collaborate with PMs and Design Leaders to guide design coordinators through all phases of design and construction on Acute and Sub Acute healthcare projects.

Lead multi-disciplinary teams, coordinate with consultants, and apply BIM and design analysis to meet budget and schedule. A CA license and extensive healthcare experience are highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Licensed Architect in California is required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience, healthcare experience preferred.
• LEED Green Associate or LEED AP is advantageous.
• Experience with healthcare (OSHPD/HCAI) projects desired.

Responsabilités

• Lead design teams through all design and construction phases.
• Collaborate with PMs and Design Leaders to guide coordinators.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and Owners weekly.
• Develop design concepts and communicate with stakeholders.
• Apply BIM to 3D models and design documentation.
• Ensure design intent aligns with budget and schedule.
