Job summary

Stantec is seeking an Architect to join the Southern California healthcare team. You will collaborate with the Project Manager and Design Leader to guide design coordinators through all phases of design and construction, supporting Acute and Sub Acute healthcare projects.

You will lead design critiques, develop space planning, and ensure coordination among consultants, contractors, and owners while implementing sustainable design principles.

Qualifications

• Experience leading design teams on healthcare projects.
• Proficiency with BIM and design software.
• Strong collaboration with project managers and design leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams in design critiques and pin-ups.
• Guide design coordination through all project phases.
• Develop building design from functional and aesthetic perspectives.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and owners.
• Utilize BIM to develop 3D models of buildings and components.
• Ensure design intent is maintained through documentation and construction.
