Qualifications

• The CM-SA/E shall be a licensed professional with a Bachelor of Architecture.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in design and construction with a focus on medical facilities.
• Ability to understand local/state/federal requirements and construction contract documents.

Responsibilities

• Provide CM support from pre-design through construction.
• Assist Contracting Officer and RO in scheduling, budgeting, design reviews, code compliance, testing, QA/QC, and cost control.
• Maintain project schedules, participate in progress meetings, and monitor contractor performance.
