Job summary

APSI Construction Management seeks a Construction Manager/Administrator for the Electronic Health Record Modernization project at VAPHS Pittsburgh-Heinz, Pittsburgh, PA. You will be on-site for the project duration, supporting operations, renovation, and new construction activities.

The position requires at least three years of field CM experience; a construction management or related degree is preferred. Strong coordination, QA, document control, and ability to work with government contracts

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of construction field experience performing CM tasks.
• Knowledge of project management, planning, scheduling, design reviews, and cost control.
• Ability to monitor quality assurance and site operations.

Responsibilities

• The CM-CA on-site for the duration of the EHRM construction project to support operations, renovation, and new construction programs.
• Assist in project management, scheduling, design reviews, and cost control; keep records and prepare required forms for payment processing.
• Attend progress meetings and document issues, submittals, RFI responses, and closeout submittals.
• Coordinate with General and Sub-contractors; monitor QA and safety; ensure compliance with contract requirements.
