Job summary

Qualifications

• The CM-A shall be a licensed professional and hold a Bachelor of Architecture.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in both design and construction for medical facilities is a plus.
• Knowledge of construction contract documents and drawings to assess requirements.
• Ability to lead budgeting, scheduling, and quality assurance activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide construction management, project management, and commissioning support during design and construction.
• Assist the Contracting Officer and COR in project management, planning, scheduling, and design reviews.
• Maintain records, cost control, and oversight of design and construction projects.
