Job summary

Davenergy Solutions seeks a CM-SA/E Senior Architect/Engineer to provide onsite Construction Facilities Management (CFM) support at the VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System in Pittsburgh, PA. This role handles renovation, sustainment, and construction projects within an active VA facility, delivering day-to-day project management and coordination for Government requirements.

The Senior Architect/Engineer must be licensed, with a strong background in design and construction for medical facilities, and

Qualifications

• Onsite project management at occupied VA facilities.
• Strong knowledge of federal construction processes including VA standards and FAR.
• Experience planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects.
• Ability to manage schedule, cost, quality, safety, risk, and change.
• Review submittals, RFIs/RFCs, schedules, and change requests.
• Coordinate with Government COR and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with VA/federal systems preferred.
• Availability to work onsite 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite PM services at an occupied VA facility.
• Lead project meetings, site walks, and coordination with contractors.
• Review construction documents and coordinate with design teams.
