Davenergy Solutions seeks a CM-SA/E Senior Architect/Engineer to provide onsite Construction Facilities Management support at the VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System in Pittsburgh, PA. The role involves day-to-day project management for renovation, sustainment, and construction within an occupied facility.

Ideal candidates have a licensed professional credential with at least 6 years in design and construction of medical facilities, plus experience with federal healthcare projects.

Qualifications

• Licensed architect or engineer with a bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 6 years in design and construction focused on medical facilities.
• Professional experience in facility construction project management.
• Experience with occupied facilities and federal healthcare projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite project management services at an occupied VA medical facility.
• Coordinate renovation, sustainment, and small construction projects.
• Review contractor submittals, RFIs, schedules, and change requests; advise Government COR.
• Maintain project documentation including daily reports, meeting minutes, schedules, and correspondence.
• Support project meetings, site walks, and coordination with contractors and Government stakeholders.
