Job summary

Joveo Inc. seeks an Application System Analyst Senior to bridge end users, operations and vendors to design, build and optimize healthcare applications. The role involves analyzing business issues, guiding testing, documenting requirements and implementing complex applications with minimal guidance.

You will collaborate with service desks, drive status reporting, and ensure change control standards are followed while developing strong client relationships and delivering high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred with a focus in healthcare, business, or information systems.
• Ability to present complex data in meaningful method, i.e., charts, graphs.
• Ability to adjust to and implement change.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, develop, test, document, educate, implement, support, and maintain or optimize assigned applications and business processes.
• Lead quality assurance and testing initiatives; manage testing projects as necessary.
• Demonstrates advanced application understanding to meet customer goals and outcomes.
• Identify dependencies with project team members and stakeholders; maintain collaborative customer relationships.
• Leads process analysis, gap analysis, and requirement elicitation for complex projects.
• Develop strong client relationships and provide expert guidance to end users.
• Contribute to strategy discussions with options and pros/cons; show sound judgment.
• Adhere to change control processes and documentation standards.
• Capture complex requirements; design and configure the application; educate the team.
• Collaborate with end users, customers, and partners to align with best practices.
• Coordinate with Operational Leaders to standardize workflows and improve efficiency.
• Coordinate code changes with vendors; work with Technical Team on infrastructure issues.
• Share industry best practices and maintain technical knowledge of the application.
• Serve as liaison for issue resolution between operations, IT, users, and vendors.
• Review and provide feedback on documentation; communicate clearly to stakeholders.
• Tutor junior team members; mentor peers; support continuing education.
• Troubleshoot and resolve moderate incidents and requests independently.
• Deliver high-quality work that meets project management expectations.
• Manage medium to large scale projects; collaborate with team members.
