Alight Solutions is seeking a Sr. Manager, Value Advisory & Analytics (Virtual) to lead healthcare analytics efforts, define measurement methodologies, and quantify the value of Navigation solutions for clients.

You will work closely with product, clinical, analytics, commercial, and client leadership teams to translate complex data into actionable recommendations. The role emphasizes analytics over traditional BI, requiring deep experience with healthcare claims data, cost drivers, and outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5–10 years in healthcare analytics or related field.
• Direct experience with medical/pharmacy claims data and cost/utilization drivers.
• Strong SQL and data visualization skills (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).

Responsabilités

• Lead analyses evaluating impact of Navigation on healthcare cost, utilization, quality, engagement and productivity.
• Quantify value through outcomes measurement and benchmarking.
• Analyze claims, eligibility, provider, and program data for trends and insights.
• Translate findings into executive-ready recommendations for business leaders and clients.
• Support development of client-facing proof points and thought leadership.
