You will set strategic direction, lead product development, and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver market-leading initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• 10+ years in strategy, product management, or leadership roles.
• Healthcare navigation or health care industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic vision and multi-year roadmap for healthcare navigation.
• Lead product development and align with Health Benefits Administration and Leave Management.
• Collaborate with Technology, Client Delivery, and Sales to deliver scalable solutions.
• Drive market research, identify opportunities, and position Alight as a leader in navigation solutions.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team and promote cross-functional alignment.
