Job summary

Alight Solutions seeks an experienced healthcare analytics professional to define, measure, and advance value through Healthcare Navigation solutions. This senior SME will work with healthcare claims data and conduct outcomes measurement to quantify value for clients and internal products.

The role requires deep knowledge of healthcare cost drivers, data integration, and strong analytical and consultative skills to translate findings into executive-level recommendations.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare analytics consulting or equivalent.
• Ability to translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations.
• Experience with healthcare claims data and cost/utilization drivers.

Responsibilities

• Lead analyses evaluating Navigation's impact on cost, utilization, quality, engagement, and productivity.
• Quantify value delivered through outcomes measurement and benchmarking.
• Analyze medical, pharmacy, eligibility, engagement, provider, and program data to identify trends and insights.
• Conduct member-level analyses including eligibility joins and episode grouping.
• Develop executive-ready recommendations to improve affordability and outcomes.
• Collaborate with product, clinical, analytics, and commercial teams on reporting directions.
• Support client-facing benchmark studies and thought leadership.
• Evaluate new measurement methodologies and data sources for Navigation analytics.
