Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, statistics or related field, or 6 years of relevant experience.
• 3 years in decision support and data analysis.
• Proficient in Excel and ability to interpret financial and clinical datasets.
• Ability to handle large data sets and extract strategic insights.
• Strong time management and multi-project prioritization.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Self-starter who drives progress with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze volume, revenue, cost, and profitability to explain results.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses for business trends and leadership requests.
• Analyze variances against budget/forecast and identify opportunities.
• Combine financial with operational/clinical data for context.
• Quantify impact of changes in mix and other shifts using rate/volume.
• Create and present executive summaries with findings and recommendations.
• Mentor junior analysts and support team development.
