Assort Health is hiring a Principal Agent Strategy Manager, Health Systems to lead our largest healthcare partnerships. You’ll work with executive, operational, clinical, and technology leaders to improve patient access and organizational performance, owning complex relationships from launch through expansion.

This senior IC role influences customers, product, and the Agent Strategy team, with travel up to 25% for executive meetings and customer work.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience, including healthcare or health tech.
• Experience owning large, high-value accounts across adoption, retention, renewal, and expansion.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare operations and patient access that informs decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own Assort’s largest healthcare accounts across the full customer journey.
• Define outcomes, success measures, risks, growth opportunities, and ROI plans.
• Guide executives through decisions about AI, patient access, and operations.
• Build alignment across executive, operational, clinical, and technology stakeholders.
• Coordinate governance, timelines, and workstreams across Assort and the customer.
• Protect retention, lead renewals, and identify expansion opportunities.
• Bring health system insights into product, implementation, and business decisions.
• Mentor other Agent Strategists and improve how the function supports healthcare customers.
• Travel up to 25% for executive meetings, presentations, and customer work.
