Job summary

Assort Health is hiring a Senior Agent Strategy Manager, Health Systems to lead large, complex customer partnerships. You’ll partner with executives, clinicians, and operators to improve patient access and drive organizational performance, owning relationships from launch to renewal and expansion.

You should bring deep healthcare or health tech experience and the ability to manage cross-functional governance and ROI-focused programs across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of healthcare or health tech experience.
• Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, Implementation, or related strategic role.
• Experience owning complex accounts across adoption, retention, renewal, and expansion.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, patient access, and provider organizations.
• Strong executive communication and ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
• Experience leading programs across multiple teams, priorities, and workstreams.
• Strong product aptitude, sound judgment, and comfort working independently.

Responsibilities

• Guide complex relationships from launch through adoption, renewal, and expansion.
• Define customer goals, success measures, risks, growth opportunities, and ROI plans.
• Build trust across executive, operational, clinical, and technology stakeholders.
• Coordinate governance, decisions, timelines, and workstreams across Assort and the customer.
• Translate customer needs into clear feedback for Implementation, Product, and Engineering.
• Travel up to 25% for executive meetings, presentations, and onsite partnership work.
