Job summary

Assort Health is hiring a Senior Agent Strategy Manager to drive customer outcomes by guiding complex accounts from launch to renewal and expansion. You will partner with executives to define goals, ROI, and success metrics, while identifying opportunities where AI can improve patient access and operating performance.

You will coordinate multi-team efforts, build deep product expertise, and help shape scalable playbooks as the company grows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer-facing experience in CS, AM, consulting, implementation, or similar.
• Experience owning adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion for complex accounts.
• Strong executive communication and ability to build trust across leaders.

Responsibilities

• Guide complex accounts from launch through adoption, renewal, and expansion.
• Define goals, success metrics, risks, opportunities and ROI plans.
• Help executives identify how AI can improve performance and patient access.
• Coordinate stakeholders and timelines across Assort and customers.
• Address risks and identify meaningful expansion opportunities.
• Build product expertise and share insights with Sales, Implementation, Product, and Engineering.
• Improve playbooks and processes for scaling Agent Strategy.
• Travel up to 25% for key meetings and relationship building.
