Job summary

Assort Health is seeking an experienced Director of Agent Product Management to lead APM and ASM teams across large, multi-site accounts. You will own executive relationships with VP and C-suite stakeholders, guide rollout plans, and ensure successful, scalable AI-enabled practices across multiple use cases.

You will partner with Sales and Customer Success to manage handoffs, expansion, and renewal risk, while building a reusable playbook and capacity model to support growth.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in consulting, investment banking, or tech, with fast growth experience.
• Proven leadership of multi-workstream enterprise rollouts and digital/AI transformations.
• Executive-facing communication with senior stakeholders and clear briefing skills.
• Demonstrated ability to hire, develop, and manage teams and track progress weekly.
• Willingness to push back when commitments aren’t realistic while preserving relationships.
• Experience building or implementing AI solutions for scalable agent systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the APM and ASM teams serving Enterprise and Strategic accounts.
• Own executive relationships with customer VP and C-suite stakeholders.
• Own rollout plans including sequencing, capacity, and dependencies.
• Measure portfolio performance: time-to-launch, agent performance, staffing.
• Handle complex deployments and escalations with hands-on leadership.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success on handoffs, expansion, renewal risk.
• Develop the Enterprise playbook: scoping, planning, reporting, expansion.
• Provide field insights to Product and Engineering for roadmap coverage.
