• Bachelor’s degree in related field with 10 years of project management experience.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Experience in direct and indirect management of large teams.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Strong supervisory and mentoring skills.
• Demonstrated strong verbal/written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Health services or public health research background.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project work plans and resource estimates.
• Monitor milestones, budgets, and resource use.
• Review and re-estimate work plans and resources quarterly.
• Prepare project cost estimates and client/funder reports.
• Lead development of project management standards with PMO.
• Coordinate with Principal Investigators and staff to ensure progress.
• Mentor Project Coordinators and Project Associates.
