Job summary

Arbor Research Collaborative for Health is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead complex health research projects from initiation through delivery. You will create and maintain work plans, monitor budgets and milestones, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality outputs for multiple stakeholders.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and PMP or equivalent, with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field with 10 years progressive project management experience, including budgets, timelines, risks, communications, deliverables, and reporting.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Experience managing large teams toward complex goals.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Strong supervisory and mentoring skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project work plans with resource estimates.
• Monitor milestones, budgets, and resource use; adjust plans quarterly.
• Generate cost estimates using work plans and labor rates.
• Collaborate with proposal team for new contracts.
• Manage expenditures to budgets and fiscal year plans.
• Coordinate with project staff to ensure understanding and progress.
• Prepare project products: analyses, reports, presentations, graphics, tables.
• Provide monthly progress and budget reports to stakeholders.
• Lead development of project management standards with PMO.
