Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client relationships for health plan and provider accounts.
• Drive relationship development and long-term account growth.
• Coordinate implementation of Alliant resources (Risk IQ, Actuarial, Clinical, Claims, Service).
• Lead renewal and new business processes, including pre-renewal meetings.
• Develop annual service calendars and track client KPIs and reports.
