Job summary

Alliant Insurance Services, a leading national insurance broker and consultant, seeks a seasoned client service professional in Irvine, CA. You will support producers, manage renewals, analyze exposures, prepare proposals, and help close new business opportunities with existing clients.

Qualified candidates have an Associate's Degree or equivalent, 6+ years of related experience, a valid insurance license, and CE requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Six (6) or more years related work experience.
• Valid Insurance License required; must meet Continuing Education requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supports Producer in developing new business opportunities for existing clients and prospects.
• Initiates renewal process for existing clients and discusses renewal strategy with Producer.
• Analyzes and compares current exposures and develops renewal or new business specifications for marketing.
• Conducts marketing, negotiates rates, reviews quotes and coverages for competitiveness and accuracy.
• Reviews and summarizes marketing results and prepares proposals.
• Finalizes proposals and presentations in coordination with Producer.
• Binds insurance coverage and prepares binders and/or certificates issuance.
• Reviews policies for accuracy and review contracts.
