Job summary

Alliant Insurance Services in Irvine, CA is seeking an experienced professional to manage producer-assigned accounts, servicing and expanding the book of business through the agency's service team. You will act as the primary client liaison from lead through service, driving renewal analysis and cross-sell opportunities.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 8+ years of experience, and a valid insurance license with ongoing Continuing Education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Eight or more years of related work experience.
• Valid Insurance License and ongoing Continuing Education requirements.
• Must meet license renewal CE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manages all client required services and maintains client relationship with minimal input from Producers.
• Manages mid market book of business through direction of employees on service team.
• Receives and develops new business leads from Producers or identifies cross-sell opportunities.
• Acts as direct point of contact for client from time of lead.
• Lead representative to an assigned book-of-business.
• Participates in team selling, including finalist interviews and RFP responses.
• Prepares and presents renewal analyses to clients.
• Sells renewal business and additional lines of coverage where applicable.
• Promotes Producer Service Proposals to clients and provides coverage recommendations.
• Negotiates carriers for benefit and premium considerations.
• Reviews client contracts and amendments for accuracy.
• Manages and negotiates third party vendor relationships and contracts.
• Manages dedicated service team and resolves complex issues as a technical expert.
• Creates new client sales opportunities and ensures data integrity in the agency system.
