Alliant Insurance Services, Inc. seeks an experienced client services professional to manage assigned accounts and support Producer-led new business efforts.

You will handle renewals, coverage analyses, and proposals to ensure competitiveness and accuracy. You will also prepare binders, certificates, and client communications, assist with billing inquiries, and help coordinate with carriers and internal teams to deliver excellent service.

Qualifikationen

• Associates degree or equivalent education required.
• Six or more years of related insurance industry experience.
• Valid insurance license and ongoing CE requirements.
• Ability to prepare renewal proposals and client communications.

Aufgaben

• Supports Producer in developing new business opportunities for existing clients and prospects.
• Initiates renewal process for existing clients and discusses renewal strategy with Producer.
• Analyzes and compares current exposures and develops renewal or new business specifications for marketing.
• Conducts marketing, negotiates rates, reviews quotes and coverages for competitiveness and accuracy.
• Reviews and summarizes marketing results and prepares proposals.
• Finalizes proposals and presentations in coordination with Producer.
• Binds insurance coverage and prepares binders and/or delegate certificates issuance.
• Reviews policies for accuracy and reviews contracts.
• Prepares summaries and/or schedules of coverage for clients.
• Reviews client accounting history, responds to inquiries, and coordinates receivables collections.
