Job summary

ChenMed is expanding its senior-focused care model and seeking an energetic Membership Growth Consultant who thrives in outside healthcare sales. You will build partnerships with seniors, health plans, brokers and community groups to enroll new patients, coordinate local events, and drive member growth while delivering ChenMed's value proposition.

This role requires travel up to 75%, strong CRM use, and a patient-centered, persuasive approach.

Qualifications

• Sales experience and proven ability to close deals.
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to build and sustain relationships with seniors, brokers and community partners.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce) and MS Office suite.
• Familiarity with Medicare Advantage and senior-focused healthcare is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Nurtures direct-to-seniors and business partnerships to generate patient opportunities.
• Meets seniors and groups to share ChenMed's value proposition.
• Plans and executes local events (health fairs, docs talks) to reach Medicare-eligible seniors.
• Develops relationships with health plan agents, brokers and community partners.
• Drives new member growth by educating potential patients about ChenMed’s model.
