Job summary

Salesforce Professional Services is seeking a Health Life Science Program Executive to lead large, complex programs and realize value for healthcare clients. You will align executives on objectives, govern delivery, and drive transformational AI-enabled workflows.

The ideal candidate has extensive Salesforce product experience, strong governance skills, and the ability to manage budgets, teams, and multi-stakeholder programs while delivering measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years using/implementing core Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
• 5+ years leading a team of 40+ people across geographies/workstreams.
• CRM experience is strongly preferred.
• PMP and SAFe Certifications are beneficial.
• Salesforce certifications are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance, execution and transformation for health life science programs.
• Oversee end-to-end service delivery and ensure contractual commitments are met.
• Drive program strategy, KPIs, risk management and executive stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Salesforce and client organizations.
• Develop and maintain program management processes and governance artifacts.
• Build and expand executive relationships to accelerate value and outcomes.
