Job summary

Salesforce Professional Services is seeking a Health Life Science Program Executive with the drive and experience to lead large, complex Professional Services programs from strategy through value realization for our Health Life Science customers.

You will align executive stakeholders, govern delivery, manage risk, and drive adoption of Salesforce technologies across multi-geography teams. Travel 20%+ is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years using/implementing the core Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud), ideally as a consultant.
• 5+ years leading a team of 40+ people across multiple geographies and workstreams.
• A successful track record of leading large ($10MM +) and complex programs with measurable outcomes that have positively impacted the business.
• A significant understanding of the Salesforce platform to influence strategic and value discussions at a management/executive level.
• PMP and SAFe Certifications are beneficial. Salesforce certifications (Admin, Sales, Service, Marketing etc.) preferred but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Work hand in hand with internal teams to develop and manage complex professional services program delivery.
• Maintain alignment as One Salesforce and leverage all necessary parties to ensure customer success.
• Oversee end-to-end service delivery and ensure all contractual commitments are met.
• Drive transformational changes to achieve the customer’s objectives with deep industry and product expertise.
• Lead and inspire the Salesforce Professional Services team delivering the services.
• Develop executive relationships within accounts to accelerate value and outcomes.
