Qualifications

• 10+ years using/implementing the core Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
• 5+ years leading a team of 40+ people across multiple geographies and workstreams.
• Proven track record of leading large ($10MM+) and complex programs with measurable outcomes.
• Strong governance, strategy and executive stakeholder management across programs.
• CRM experience and Salesforce platform knowledge to influence senior level discussions.
• Knowledge of project delivery practices and operational readiness for large programs.
• Willingness to travel 20%+ as required by client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end professional services programs for Health Life Science clients.
• Govern and execute program strategy, governance, and KPIs at executive level.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Salesforce and client organizations to ensure value realization.
• Manage risk, budget, and scope; address issues and drive decisions with senior stakeholders.
• Build and nurture executive relationships to accelerate value and adoption of Salesforce technologies.
• Develop and refine delivery methodologies and artifacts to support strategic customers.
